職位要求：
1． 大�；蛞陨蠈W歷（有行業銷售經驗者不限），機械及機電等相關專業畢業。
2． 三年以上液壓類產品銷售經驗，有液壓工具行業銷售經驗者優先錄取。
3． 懂得基本的機械和液壓原理，能夠看懂CAD圖紙。
4． 熱衷于銷售，專業的銷售和客戶談判技巧，擁有高度的工作熱情和責任心。
5． 個性開朗，為人正直，善于處理人際關系，良好的溝通和協調能力及團隊合作意
識。
6． 學習和適應能力強，敢于面對壓力和挑戰，能適應出差。
崗位職責描述：
1． 制定銷售計劃和目標，并能根據客戶特點和具體情況制定適宜的銷售策略，積極
完成銷售指標。
2． 了解公司產品和客戶需求，幫助選型，為客戶制定最佳的螺栓螺母解決方案。
3． 獨立完成與客戶的談判工作，包括價格、交貨期、付款條件等，直至簽訂合同。
4． 跟進合同的執行及客戶付款情況，解決客戶問題，加速銷售回款。
5． 定期有效地拜訪客戶，維護開拓客戶關系，逐步建立所轄地區的客戶平臺。
6． 收集整理所轄區域的客戶信息及行業需求信息，定期提交銷售報表。
7． 協調公司的內部資源，滿足客戶在表演、調試、維修、培訓等方面的要求。
